DELIVERY
Please allow 2-3 business days for Alberta shipments, including Calgary. If you require a rush please contact Susan Berg directly at 403-813-7818 or susanb@swagworks.ca
Shipping and handling charges will apply.
If an order is required for a specific date, please specify the date.
If the item(s) you ordered are temporarily out of stock, Swagworks will contact you.
Orders shipping to the U.S. which are over $100 will have additional duties/taxes charged separately. The total amount displayed at checkout will not account for the extra duty charges, which typically vary between 10-15% of the merchandise value.
EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
Ship back to Swagworks the returned product ATTN: Susan Berg with your name and number and the exchange you would like to make and Swagworks will exchange the product.
Pembina employee's are responsible for shipping charges for the returned / Exchanged products.

Within 24 working hours you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received.
Your credit card receipt will be emailed as a confirmation.

Canadian customers are charged the applicable GST.
